2. If I admire you, and you feel unloved, I have an issue 3. If I want to be your friend, and you feel lonely, I’m doing something wrong 4. If you give up because you’re lonely, I will feel tremendously guilty 5. So, I will make sure you know that I look up to you. 7. And that means you have something that this world needs 8. Whether you can see it or not 9. Your world doesn’t revolve around me, and neither does mine around you, but you need to know that I hold you in high regard. 10. So if I say something strange, like “nice socks” 11. Just know that 12. What I meant to say was 13. “I wish you would smile more”

  I think it’s fair to say that I was surprised when I first saw American Idol’s YouTube video titled “ Claudia Conway sings Adele Song and Shocks the World to earn a Golden Ticket ”. There was already a lot to unpack with Claudia apparently being a secret singer, but it was definitely her family theatrics that took the spotlight.  From the awkward fist bump between Claudia and her father, to Katy Perry asking if Claudia’s mother hugs her, the entire audition was horribly, horribly awkward.
